The opening meeting of the Decami Project was planned on 20-21 February 2023 in Adıyaman, hosted by Adıyaman University. Due to the 6 February Earthquake, the kick-off meeting was held on 11-12 August 2023 in Mersin, hosted by Mersin University. Project partners attended the meeting in full. In addition, Adult Education coordinator Dr Kemal BAŞÇI and Expert Merve ÖNEM from the National Agency attended the kick-off meeting in Mersin. In the meeting, detailed meetings were held on project processes, management and planning.
